Payment Guidelines: Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A $50 late fee if received after the 16th.

*$200 or more the 16th of each month – until paid in full

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
 
*PASSPORT RULES: A valid Passport will be required to travel to/from Duabi. As a rule, Passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel. You do not need a PASSPORT to register.
 
*CANCELLATION: All prepacked vacations hosted by Dream Destinations LLC are non-refundable unless travel protection is purchased.
 
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you purchase travel insurance immediately after making your deposit if you are interested in Cancel For Any Reason Insurance. Dream Destinations LLC does not sell travel insurance, therefore you must purchase from a third party.

*MISSED PAYMENTS: Missed payments could result in cancellation of your reservation. If your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, you will NOT receive a refund because you have prevented Dream Destinations LLC from selling the package to someone else.
 
It is imperative to make sure your roommate’s payments are made in a timely manner. If your roommate does not make timely payments or decides not to attend, you will be required to pay a higher Occupancy Rate.
 
A $50 late fee will be imposed for all payments received after the monthly payment due date (NO EXCEPTIONS).
 
*FLIGHTS: Itineraries are due to your agent 30 days prior to departure. If flight itineraries are not received 30 days prior to departure, you will be responsible for obtaining your own roundtrip transportation.
