Friday, December 19th
7:00pm - Depart Atlantic Collegiate Academy, 5086 Bear Bluff Road, Conway, SC
 
Rest Stop: Rocky Mount, NC (switch drivers and 30 minute break)
Rest Stop: Delaware House Travel Plaza (1-hour break - food, coffee, freshen up)
 
Saturday, December 20th:
8:30/9:00am - Port Authority Bus Terminal, 625 8th Ave, New York
10:00pm - Travelers meet inside Port Authority Bus Terminal near Carlo's Bakery, 625 8th Ave, to check in with the host and board the bus for the journey home.
 
Rest Stop: Delaware House Travel Plaza (30 minute)
Rest Stop: Rocky Mountain, NC (switch drivers and 30 minute break)
 
Sunday, December 21st:
11:00 am - Travelers will be dropped off at the orignal boarding location.

NEED TO KNOW:
All passengers must have a paid seat.

Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. There are no assigned seats on the bus. Please arrive early to help ensure that your party can sit together.
If you miss the bus on the scheduled departure times, you will be responsible for arranging and financing your own transportation. Reminder: Absolutely no weapons, no smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed on the bus.
 
**Due to strict contract obligations with our Hotels and Vendors, we have a strict NO REFUND policy. All deposits and payments are non-refundable for anything short of a natural disaster or terrorist attack.
 
**Terms and Conditions for Booking with Dream Destinations**
 
By booking a service with Dream Destinations, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
1. **No Refunds Policy**
Dream Destinations operates with a strict no-refund policy. Once a booking is confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, delays, or changes due to the following:
 
- Travel delays or cancellations (including those caused by weather, natural disasters, or any other external factors)
- Traffic or transportation disruptions
- Mechanical failure or service interruptions by third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, hotels, ground transport providers)
- Personal circumstances, including illness or changes in travel plans by the Client
- Any other unforeseen events outside the control of Dream Destinations
 
2. **Responsibility for Third-Party Services**
Dream Destinations acts as an intermediary to book and arrange travel services. Dream Destinations LLC cannot be held responsible for delays, or liabilities arising from delays, as a result of acts of God, traffic and/or road conditions, highway construction, mechanical failure, detours, direction of highway enforcement personnel, dissatisfaction or any other condition beyond the direct control of Dream Destinations LLC, caused by third-party providers (such as airlines, hotels, bus companies, tour operators, etc.). In case of any service disruption or complaint related to third-party services, the Client agrees to address the issue directly with the provider, and Dream Destinations will not be held liable for any losses or inconveniences.
 
3. **Booking Modifications**
Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees imposed by third-party suppliers. The Client acknowledges that Dream Destinations cannot guarantee availability of any modifications or changes once the booking has been confirmed.
 
4. **Force Majeure**
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, political instability, pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters), Dream Destinations will not be held liable for any failure to provide services or for any disruptions to the Client’s travel plans.
 
5. **Travel Insurance**
Dream Destinations highly recommends that Clients purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including cancellations, interruptions, and other potential disruptions during travel. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they have appropriate coverage. We do not sell insurance.
