Just minutes from the airport, this property is surrounded by over 14,000 square yards of luscious gardens and offers easy access to extravagant shopping and downtown Montego Bay.

PAYMENT GUIDELINES:
Initial Deposit - $100 per person
Mandatory monthly payment - $100 minimum due on the 16th. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A $50 late fee if received after the 16th.
REMAINING BALANCE DUE, if any – May 31, 2027 (no exceptions)
Your vacation package MAY qualify for financing. Please inquire if interested.
 
CANCELLATION:
All prepacked vacations hosted by Dream Destinations LLC are non-refundable unless travel protection is purchased.
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
 
*PASSPORT RULES: A valid Passport will be required to travel to/from Jamaica. As a rule, Passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.
*SPACE IS LIMITED: Reservations will be accepted and processed on a first-come, first- served basis, so please confirm your reservation today!
*Longer stay available upon request.
*It is imperative to make sure your roommate’s payments are made in a timely manner. If your roommate does not make timely payments or decides not to attend, you will be required to pay a higher Occupancy Rate.
 
*Please register in the name shown on your passport.
*Flight itineraries are due to your agent 30 days prior to departure. If flight itineraries are not received 30 days prior to departure, you will be responsible for obtaining your own roundtrip transportation
 
*If you fail to make monthly payments, your reservations are subject to cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited.
*A $50 late fee will be imposed for all payments received after the monthly payment due date (NO EXCEPTIONS).

**Terms and Conditions for Booking with Dream Destinations**
By booking a service with Dream Destinations, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
1. **No Refunds Policy** Dream Destinations operates with a strict no-refund policy. Once a booking is confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, delays, or changes due to the following:
 
- Travel delays or cancellations (including those caused by weather, natural disasters, or any other external factors)
- Traffic or transportation disruptions
- Mechanical failure or service interruptions by third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, hotels, ground transport providers)
- Personal circumstances, including illness or changes in travel plans by the Client
- Any other unforeseen events outside the control of Dream Destinations
 
2. **Responsibility for Third-Party Services** Dream Destinations acts as an intermediary to book and arrange travel services. Dream Destinations LLC cannot be held responsible for delays, or liabilities arising from delays, as a result of acts of God, traffic and/or road conditions, highway construction, mechanical failure, detours, direction of highway enforcement personnel, dissatisfaction or any other condition beyond the direct control of Dream Destinations LLC, caused by third-party providers (such as airlines, hotels, bus companies, tour operators, etc.). In case of any service disruption or complaint related to third-party services, the Client agrees to address the issue directly with the provider, and Dream Destinations will not be held liable for any losses or inconveniences.
 
3. **Booking Modifications** Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees imposed by third-party suppliers. The Client acknowledges that Dream Destinations cannot guarantee availability of any modifications or changes once the booking has been confirmed.
 
4. **Force Majeure** In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, political instability, pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters), Dream Destinations will not be held liable for any failure to provide services or for any disruptions to the Client’s travel plans.
 
5. **Travel Insurance** Dream Destinations highly recommends that Clients purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including cancellations, interruptions, and other potential disruptions during travel. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they have appropriate coverage.
