ALL passengers must have a paid seat. There are no assigned seats on the bus. If you miss the bus on the scheduled departure times, you will be responsible for arranging and financing your own transportation.
ABSOLUTELY NO weapons, no smoking, and no drinking alcoholic beverages on the bus.
TAKING FLIGHT:
International & Air Travel
You may choose to book your airfare through us or independently. If you book on your own, please ensure your complete flight itinerary is submitted to your travel agent at least 30 days prior to departure.
Failure to provide your itinerary by this deadline means you will be responsible for arranging your own roundtrip transportation to and from the destination.

Submitting your itinerary on time allows us to coordinate arrival logistics, monitor for delays, and ensure a smooth start to your trip. Timely communication helps us provide the best support possible and ensures that all travelers stay on schedule for group transfers, accommodations, and planned activities.

Please be aware that the following items are not included and may result in additional costs:

PASSPORT RULES:
A valid Passport will be required to travel to/from your destination. As a rule, Passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.
You do not need a PASSPORT to register.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Dream Destinations LLC HIGHLY RECOMMEND that clients purchase travel insurance immediately after making initial deposits to cover any unforeseen events, including cancellations, interruptions, and other potential disruptions during travel.
Dream Destinations LLC does not sell travel insurance, therefore you must purchase from a third party. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have appropriate coverage.

All pre-packed vacations hosted by Dream Destinations LLC are NON-REFUNDABLE unless travel protection is purchased.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you purchase travel insurance immediately after making your deposit if you are interested in Cancel For Any Reason Insurance.
